  The band I'd like to be in at this point would be a combination of groove metal, hardcore, and progressive rock. I'm pretty open to joining any band so long as it fits in to at least one of those categories. I'd join a groove metal band and it could take on progressive elements. Same with a deathcore or extreme metal band, and under my influence it could take on a groove style. I'm just looking for good musicians with different ideas to add to the entire vision.
  The lyrics, which I would handle, would cover personal topics, politics, and probably even philosophy.
  Before this can happen, however, I need to improve my clean and harsh vocals.

  What do I mean? Any number of things- is their an idea for a band in your head? Is there a band you wish you could be in? Answer however you want.

  I wouldn't mind being in an indie rock, gothic rock, avant-garde metal, techno, or electronica band. I'm a singer/songwriter and I could play guitar. I also am interested in a solo career too though.
