I smile wide. I am glad she likes it.I cannot wait till the gardens grow and make this place look like something in a fairy tale. "This place is going to look amazing once we add our personal touches to it. Lets go inside and see if anyone is home. If their are, I'm sure the recording will make them more than happy to give it to us.We'll have to make sure to find them a place in town though." I walk up to the door and try the knob.It turns easily. I turn around and say excitedly "It's open!!"
We walk in, and look around the house. I really like it. I go up into the attic, to see what's up there. I look around up there, and see a few old chairs and desks, and things of the like. Then I hear a noise, and jerk my head. It was a scuffling noise, and as soon as I heard it, it was gone. It didn't sound like mice. Something bigger. I look around, and see in the corner, a girl. She looks to be about twelve, with long black hair and pale skin, wearing ripped jeans, and a smudged shirt. I slowly walk towards her. "Hello," I say, so that she knows I see her. She scooches away from me. "i'm not going to hurt you. What's your name?" she shakes her head. I walk to the edge of the stairwell. "Ambrosia!"
( We are writing a story, SprinkledSpice!)
At Tatyana's yell, I come running. "What is i-" I freeze when I spot the girl. I smile gently in her direction. "Hello, what is your name?" I take a step towards her, but stop when she backs up. "Honey we won't hurt you, I promise." I make a "X" Over my heart. "Cross my heart." At her sligh nod, I slowly walk towards her and crouch down in front of her. "My name is Ambrosia, and she is Tatyana. Can you tell me your name?"
