Have you seen Parasyte? It isn't really horror, but damn, that anime will give you feels and creep the shlt out of you.

Oh yeah, Shiki's pretty brutal.

You could also try Higurashi or Blood C. Although, Blood C takes way too long to get to the point, so be prepared to sit through tons and tons of boring episodes.
