  • Honey, please please PLEASE don't worry. We all have fat rolls when we sit, we all jiggle a bit when we walk, and it's nothing to be ashamed about! I bet you are beautiful and amazing so don't feel insecure about your size. If it's really bothering you, talk to a trusted adult or your doctor. If you're looking to lose weight just eat healthy and exercise. It takes some hard work but it's worth it in the end. But I bet you're fine. Please just keep smiling, it doesn't matter what you look like, looks get you no where. What matters is what's on the inside! I know you probably hear that a lot and it might be annoying, but it's the truth, trust me. There are so many more important things in life than worrying about your size and looks. I really hope that I helped you, and I hope that you look in the mirror and smile, because I know that you're something to smile about. :)

However, you may be a little bit chubby, and that might be due to the fact that you don't have a very high metabolism. Make sure you eat a good breakfast because that kick-starts your metabolism. Also, drink a lot of water. Another thing is that cinnamon helps speed up your metabolism, so does running.

    So, there are a lot of ways to help your metabolism, and no, you do not need to go on a diet or change your eating habits. You're not fat, so you don't have anything to worry about :).
