A Hogwarts Story Part#5

Tanya is starting Qudditch practice, because she was chosen by the Golden Snitch to be Slytherin Seeker. And she's the only girl on the team. And to top it all off, she's having bad dreams too, deadly one.

This is a Hogwarts series by me, Emily. Please do not copyright. This is all my idea, the story line part. However, the world of Hogwarts & Albus Potter, & all the teachers, are by J.K. Rowling. Hope you enjoy this series. I work really hard on them.

  1. What is your age?
  2. What is your gender?
  1. Tanya wasn't the same for a long time. She never felt, well, normal any more. She was a celebrity in a way, people asking her about her broom, her visit with the fairies, her losing her legs, being chosen to be seeker for Slytherin. Tanya didn't like it. She wanted to be left ALONE. She wanted her life to be NORMAL for once, not CRAZY! The weather was freezing, and Tanya was preparing for Quidditch practice.
  2. She walked out through the grounds, pulling her robes tightly to her body for warmth, and failing in any way to achieve this. Holding her broom in her hand, she flew onto the field and landed in the center, everyone was already there. "Look who finally decided to show up," said the Slytherin captain Mark, "Our little first year 'chosen one'." This was accompanied by many snorts of laughter. Tanya realized, with fear, that she was the youngest and only girl on the team. Everyone must think she was a weak link.
  3. "You're lucky the Snitch chose you" Mark continued, "Because I'd never choose you." Mark had blonde hair and a pointed nose, that reminded Tanya of someone. "Why, I'd be beating you up, but I'd wind up killing you," Mark said, "Because my little brother Cato pretty much finished you off." That was who Mark reminded Tanya of, Cato. She had to think of a witty remark quick,or she would seem like a weak link. "Well," Tanya coolly replied, "If you're anything like your brother, than you'll be a terrible coward who does his fighting safely behind his big buff friends."
  4. Mark scowled at Tanya. "Lets see how well you fly, then," he said, "Because if you can't run with the big dragons, stay in your cave, where you belong." "Oh, I sure can run with the big Dragons," Tanya replied, "because if bravery counted as size, I'd be the king." Mark insisted on having Tanya do many warm ups on the ground, flying around the most, and doing the most work. Tanya tried her hardest to keep up, and she did. At the end of practice, Mark was disappointed. "See," Tanya said to him, "I can run with the big dragons." And before Tanya knew what was happening, Mark had punched her. She landed splat in the mud, getting her self extremely dirty. The Slytherin team laughed, and Tanya heard Mark say, "Right where you belong, in the mud, mudblood!" Tanya knew it was a bad insult, but she couldn't help not feeling totally broken. Instead, she got up, and punched Mark back.
  5. Mark staggered, his nose bleeding. He looked back at Tanya, and said, "Bad idea." Tanya grabbed her broom and rose into the air fast, she had to get away, but the wind brought to her ears what Mark was saying, "Ha! Flying away from the fight." She turned around, and charged at him, picking up speed, when she heard Cato's words: "You really are a Slytherin..." and then hers: "I feel I'm turning more violent..." then she heard Albus's voice, but it wasn't a memory, it was him calling to her. "Tanya, don't!" Mark had heard it to, and turned around right as she was a few feet away from him, terror on his face.
  6. Tanya pulled her broom up just in time, though succeeded in scaring Mark into backing up, slipping, and landing into the mud. She flew towards the stands where she had heard Albus, and saw him waiting there. She hovered slightly over him. "Thanks," she said, "I could have killed him." "I know," Albus replied, "You're very good." "Thanks," Tanya mumbled. "Hey, you want to fly back to the castle with me?" "OK, as long as you stay down low to the ground." "OK," Tanya laughed. Albus climbed up onto the broom, and not finding any place to hold onto, held onto Tanya's shoulders.
  7. She shivered, but not because of the cold. It was a strange feeling, and Tanya sadly admitted that she liked it. She took off towards the castle, and heard Albus say, "This isn't so bad," and then she did a loop-the-loop and he gripped her shoulders harder. She dropped Albus off at the castle steps and flew off and around the castle a bit, But only because she didn't want to see Albus's face at the moment.
  8. After landing, Tanya went on her way. She headed down into the dungeons, and when she reached the Slytherin common rooms, was confronted by the person she least wanted to meet. "Hot dare you try and kill my brother?" said Cato. "I didn't try to kill him," Tanya retorted, "I shocked him, and it was very funny if you ask me." "You also called me a coward." "It's the truth," Tanya replied, pushing Cato out of the way and heading towards the girls shower rooms, "And nothing but." "I think I'll be complaining to the Sorting Hat for putting you here," Cato said, "You may be a true Slytherin, but you certainly don't act like one." "Finally," Tanya sighed, "You figured it out."
  9. Tanya was not very happy that night. She had a dream, a dream that scared her very much. She was in a fiery room, and couldn't escape. The fire was so intense, that she had to move in an awkward and fast dance to avoid it. She felt the heat, and her lungs were getting clogged up be the smoke. Tanya saw a boy in the center. The fire went around him, as if it were frightened of him. He looked up. "How are you here?" he asked. Tanya was so surprised, that she forgot to move, and was burnt by a searing pain.
  10. She woke up screaming, and saw that Melody and some other girls were watching her. Then, Tanya felt the pain. She looked at her arm, and it was burnt. Melody looked too. "What..." Tanya mumbled. "Tanya, are you OK?" Melody asked. "Yeah, you were fidgeting a lot in your sleep..." A blonde haired girl said. "And then you started choking..." said a brunette girl. "Then your arm started to burn up," said Melody. "We better take you to McGonagall, this is, bad."
