Our "When Will I Die" Quiz?

  1. I opened the door and went blank. "Well don't let us in or anything," Laura said, sashaying on by me and into the house. I opened the door wider, inviting the rest of them inside. Trevor and Schelby stumbled past me, still in their pj's and they both had blankets around them, and headed straight for the livingroom couches to pass out on. Jason followed behind, looking both tired and happy to see me at the same time. He was wearing a hoodie, unzipped to show a black tank top underneath, and was wearing loose black basketball shorts and his black converse shoes that he loved so much. His hair was kind of disheveled and a little in his eyes, which.... dear god. It made him look kind of, sexy. Good lord curse me. This wasn't right.
  2. He smiled once he caught my eyes. I tried with all my strength to smile at him and all he got was a grimace...so attractive. After that situation, I smelled Chocolate Axe behind me so I figured Alec had seen the recognition that I saw. "Hello Jason," Alec said, cheerfully. I watched Jason's eyes flicker from mine to Alec's nearly half-naked body. I witnessed his look turn from absolute bliss to angry and furious. But nobody could notice, only the people who have been around him since kindergarten, which was of course, me and Laura, could have realized this look. Alec wrapped his arms around me and turned me towards the livingroom, starting to nibble on my earlobe playfully. I just ignored Alec and looked back at Jason. He was raving mad. His hands were changing from open palms to balled fists. His face didn't show it, but anger was radiating off of him.
  3. Every time his fists would ball up, his knuckles would turn a shade of scary white. Then I stupidly comprehended what this meant. All of the strange behavior, the little smiles here and there, the jealousy once Alec came around...
  4. Jason loved me.
  5. Oh, my good giddy Bob. Once this started to register in my brain, I started to have flashbacks of all the sleepovers, partys, and midnight movies, it was then that I recognized all the adoring looks, they had gone unnoticed.
  6. I am truly a bloody idiot. I can't believe I never noticed it before. As much as I reluctantly did it, I looked up at Jason's face. I couldn't tell what he was thinking. I guess he felt me gawking at him and looked down at me. His eyes were so hard-looking, and they softened when they caught mine... Mistake #2. At that moment, I decided to faint.
  7. I don't remember how long I was out. But it was like, all I saw was darkness. It felt like someone took a staple-gun and stapled my eyes shut, because it felt like I couldn't open them at all. Then I heard faint voices, and then they grew louder. "What the hell is wrong with her?" Laura asked. "Just let her wake up on her own," I heard Jason say softly. "What if the dumb b---- is in a coma? How are we going to explain that one to Lisa? Huh?" "Laura, if she was in a coma then she wouldn't be breathing on her own, now would she?" Jason answered, sounding irritated. I started to feel the tips of my fingers. I was on something really fluffy, pretty familiar in fact. Almost like my bed. Oh great, Jason was in my bed. How wonderfully comforting...yeah right. I tried to open my eyes again, and this time I was surprised to find that I was in my room.
  8. "What the hell are you people staring at?" I asked, slowly sitting up. Whoa, talk about a headache... "You passed out, not sure why though," Jason said behind me, a smirk in his voice. "I thought your goofyass turned into a veggie or something," Laura stated, spinning around in my computer chair. Jason was behind me, holding my head up with one hand and hold my left hand in the other; Alec had a hold of my right hand. Let's just say the tension around me was enough to strangle me about a thousand times.
  9. "This is totally awkward," I said, stirring up from my bed and into the bathroom with the door shut and securely locked. I slid down until my butt was on the floor and my ear was at the door, listening to the conversation they were having. "What was with you earlier?" Alec asked. Apparently, it was towards Jason. "What are you talking about?" Jason said back, his voice full of distaste. I knew it! I was right!!!! It wasn't just me that saw... "Before Roza fainted, your hands were like, twitching." I could hear the indignation in Jason's voice as he said, " You have no right to call her that. You don't even know her like I do." I could almost see the fury between them from behind the door. Time for me to intervene.
  10. I stepped out of the bathroom just long enough to see Alec punch Jason in the face...great. The testosterone level in the room went from about 15 to 100 in less than a second. Jason didn't flinch one bit when Alec had hit him, he had cocked his head like Hannibal Lector would once he cornered his victims. This deadly look came on Jason's face, and things turned for the worse. "Oh holy s---," Laura said, backing into the corner where I was, safe and out of the way was the best spot for both of us. Jason punted Alec in his stomach, and when Alec bent over, Jason drove his fist right into Alec's jaw. Alec was on the ground, and Jason was pounding the life out of him.
  11. I ran over when I couldn't stand it anymore and wrapped my arms around Jason's torso, trying to stop him from committing murder. If nobody stopped him, that's probably what would happen. At that precise moment, Alec decided he was going to fight back, and he attempted to punch Jason, but instead I ended up taking the blow to the face when Jason moved and didn't realize that I was behind him. Its like time stopped altogether for a second, and on top of that, it started throbbing. Jason hit Alec in the nose one last time, and then he turned his full attention to me.
  12. "Are you ok? Did he-" Jason started. "Damn it, she's bleeding, Laura get some towels from the cabinet." I was holding my now blood-gushing nose while Jason held me close to him, on account of I was whimpering like a freaking baby. It hurt, what was I supposed to do? Laura got back with the towels and brought in some ice. Jason put the ice in the towel and gently held it to my nose. It still hurt like hell, but I was going to live. While this was going on, Alec was now on his knees, shoulders hunched, and looking helplessly at me. "I didn't...I mean...I wasn't.... I'm so sorry Erica," he stammered. "Alec, I think you should go home, now," Laura replied for me. Alec had gotten a swollen cheek, busted lip, bloody nose, a black eye, and what looked like a chipped tooth from Jason's wrath. I looked up at Jason, and barely saw a pink sliver of redness on his bottom lip. Alec looked at me in response to Laura's request. I nodded my head. He got up, came over and kissed my forehead, and he left.
  13. Jason looked down at me, his eyes soft enough to swim in. "Erica, I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have been so overprotective. Can you forgive me?" I thought about it for a minute. Of course I was going to forgive him, but we needed to talk about a few things first. "Laura, can you go downstairs for a few while I talk to Jason?" I asked, very sweetly. She skeptically looked at me. "I guess. But don't go thinking you're gunna do this to me all the time though. I needed to wake up Schelby and Trevor anyways," she said, shutting the door behind her.
  14. "So-" Jason started, but I cut him off. I walked over to my dresser and pushed in the Coke can and a screen came up from my headboard on my bed. I walked over and put in the passcode on the touch screen pad and my surveillance picture came on. It showed Laura standing against the outside of my bedroom door with a glass to her ear; one end to her ear, the other to the door. Jason saw this and walked to the door and hit it with his fist. The screen showed Laura jumping, and then running down the hall. I was sitting on my bed, nearly hurting myself from laughing. Jason came and sat infront of me and I instantly sobered. "So you've finally figured out my secret," he said, looking quite amused at the situation at hand. I nodded, putting the towel down. My nose felt better, though it was still throbbing. I couldn't look him in the eyes, I don't need a mistake number three...don't do it...don't look...
  15. "So how long?" I asked, distracting myself from the current scary thoughts running through my mind. Jason smiled at my expression. "Since about seventh grade." That is a very, very long time. He has liked me for four years and I never noticed...what the hell? I mean, yeah he's probably tried... to flirt...with me, oh my God. I am a bloody idiot, seriously. Words cannot describe how stupid I feel right now. "Erica, you're doing that weird face again," Jason told me, smiling still. I blushed again. Damn it, I must get that under control. And then I took it upon myself to die, figuratively of course, but still. Jason placed his hand on my face, rubbing his thumb on my fiery-red cheek. This was beyond freaky. "How could you like me for so long, but I ignored it?" I asked, practically begging on my hands and knees to change the subject.
  16. "I'm not sure," he replied, taking his hand back. "I've managed to hide it all this time, but here lately, its been a bit difficult to handle." I couldn't find anything to say, which caused an unsettling silence, but I didn't care. My mind was racing. I found out today that my best friend liked me for probably longer than he was telling me, and I have been totally oblivious to it because I am a selfish brat. Jason interrupted my thoughts by grabbing my hand and placing it on his chest. "What the-" I started, but he stopped me. "Listen," he said simply. After I calmed down enough to listen, I began to feel his heartbeat. It matched mine. Pretty soon, that's all I began to hear, a heartbeat. The sound started to grow louder and I began to go off into my own little weird world. The flashbacks were back, me and Jason at school, sitting together at the movies, watching movies at his house, having all the parties. All the while, never recognizing his "big secret." We all knew he had one, we just never figured it out. Sometimes the whole group would even try to guess what it was, now that I knew what it was, we even guessed it right a few times. He just played it off by being overly sarcastic or something.
  17. I came back down to earth and looked at his face. His eyes were so soft, full of love...and he was now starting to lean towards me. Dear mother of Bob, help me "˜cause I don't have the strength to stop him. Wait, did this mean I liked Jason just as much as he did me? Oh well, it didn't matter now, because he's just inches from my face, about to kiss me. I'm playing with fire, I thought as I leaned towards him. His lips touched mine; I thought I was going to die again... I went still for a second, weighing my options on running away or getting myself in trouble. Jason was as still as I was, and the taste of his lips was scrumptious. I decided a little trouble never hurt anyone, and I didn't care what the consequences were.
  18. I began kissing him back. The firework with Alec was nothing compared to the bombs going off with Jason. It was like a magnet was holding us together like that. Jason wrapped his arms around my waist and squeezed. This was...entertaining to say the least. We went on that way for about, oh, 20 minutes before my conscience came into play and said "Now Erica, this isn't right! You have a BOYFRIEND! Remember?" It was painful, but I broke away from Jason. I looked in his eyes, they were dilated and wild looking. "We shouldn't be doing this," I said, gulping for air. Jason's breath was jagged. "I'll wait for you, even if it's forever," he replied, letting go of my waist and folding his hands together. I closed my eyes; this had drama written all over it. And I hate nothing more than I hate drama.
  19. "Thank you," I said, eyes still shut tight. He took me in his arms and hugged me tight. I never realized how much Jason really worked out until right then.
  20. We both went downstairs to find Laura pouncing on Schelby because she wouldn't wake up. "Laura, don't hurt the couch," I said, laughing. "I'm pretty sure it's not the couch that's dying over here," Schelby said from under her blanket. Jason took a seat at the bar, where he could see everyone; everyone meaning me. Trevor stumbled in from the kitchen with a bowl of cereal in hand. "So what's this I hear about Jason and Alec throwing punches?" he asked, mouthful of my Count Chocula. "Yeah, Laura said you got hit," Schelby said, poking her head out of the blanket to look over at me. "Its nothing really," I explained. "Things got out of hand and there was some blood shed." I looked over at Jason, who had a guilty but smug look on his face.
  21. Laura narrowed her eyes at me when I looked back at her. "How come you and Jason were up in your room talking for so long?" I nearly panicked...but da da da da. Jason saved the day. Thank Bob "˜cause my mind was on empty at the moment. "Erica was just getting onto me for messing up Alec's face is all. It was, amusing but I handled it well." I'm going to kill him. Do you have any idea how many innuendos are in that statement? Good lord help me. Schelby was fighting with Trevor over the spoon to get the cereal from the bowl, so I don't think they noticed. Laura however, is smarter than the average bear. She was studying us, back and forth. This scared the crap out of me, so I put in a movie and we all gathered onto the large black couch to watch it. About halfway through the movie, when I was dozing off, my phone buzzed. I opened my phone and saw that Jason texted me, even though he was right beside me.
  22. DarkAngel347: How'd u like tha "onto me" part? And Ur welcome. U almost went crazy when she asked you y we were taking so long...*smirks, remembering what happened* The whole group does the little star thing; you would have to be a computer geek to understand it... BlackBloodyHeart214:*hits your shoulder really hard* u jerk. U coulda got us caught *hits u again* DarkAngel347:u kno, I am quite convincing when I lie, unlike someone I kno...*chuckles at ur attempt to hurt me* Oh yeah, I forgot to clarify something. Jason doesn't...feel pain. He told me one time that he focuses all of his energy on the place that is supposed to hurt and he just doesn't feel it. Doesn't even acknowledge it. There is no way I could ever make this up. I don't have that good of an imagination. Okay, I know this is crazy, but sometimes whenever I try to hurt him, for whatever reason, I, think he...enjoys it or something. I know, weird, but whatever.
  23. BlackBloodyHeart214:...shut up *tackles u to tha ground* DarkAngel347: *looks at you* girl, ima freak you shouldn't do these things... BlackBloodyHeart214: o.O *gets off u* Im not gunna attempt to comment on that statement...>.> I glanced over at Jason when I saw him slide open his phone and watched him smile. Really. I've seen Jason smile before, but this made my heart stutter. Sware to Bob it did. Laura, Trevor, and Schelby were all on the floor, infront of the couch, watching the movie. When I apprehended this, I scooted a little away from Jason, intimidated. I looked over at him and he was staring at me with the most bemused look I think I've ever seen in my life. He took some of the blanket I was sitting under and threw it over his lap. Then he slipped his hand under the blanket and laced his fingers through mine...this caught me way off guard. But, I went with it, strictly "˜cause I didn't want to hurt his feelings, which I would probably regret doing later.
  24. The next morning, I went over to Alec's house to check on him. I knocked on the door, and waited. Nothing happened. Alec mentioned something about his parents taking a business trip to Paris or something for the weekend, so he would be staying home alone for a couple of days. Of course, do to the events that went terribly catastrophic yesterday, he would try to ignore me, probably for the rest of eternity, or if hell froze over. Now that I think about it, when he left yesterday, Jason was holding me in his arms very, erm, passionately.
  25. No answering was being done of the door, so I had to come up with a better plan. I marched over to the rose garden Cassandra had planted about three weeks before and climbed up the white picket wall. I reached the roof and stood up on it. Instead of looking where I was going, I chose to look down. And the highness came and got to me. I am terrified of high places, and I started shaking. And yet somehow, I managed to Alec's bedroom window. I could see him, he was on his computer. I looked a little closer to see what he was doing. He was in a chat room. No surprise there. Then a webcam invite came upon the screen. Alec accepted it ad some girl came on the picture. And she was, well, naked. And she was doing things I don't have the stomach to describe, to my dismay, Alec kept watching it.
  26. My heart sank sow low at that point, I didn't feel like talking to him ever again. The sound of his name rang in my ears, and tears began to well up in my eyes. All I remember was jumping off of the house and hurting my ankle. I limped the 12 blocks to Jason's house, mascara and eyeliner running down my face. I imagine that I looked like a total freak, my gothic-like clothes and messed up makeup.
  27. Jason opened the door and took one look at me. "What's wrong?" he asked, taking me into his arms, hugging me close. "Alec," I whispered, and I kissed Jason's inviting lips.
  28. ITS OVER! That's all of it. Unless ur going to read UnForgotten...which is most likely what will happen! Thanks so much for reading it!!!
