  3. now push on blatter hard for one min then lay on the ground with fist under blatter relax all your mussels don't hold your pee and don,t try to stop if come out
  4. if you didn't pee go to the bathroom and take a shower and dont pee!
  5. if you didn't pee put on under were and a shirt go sit on the toilet let a little out then stop don't hold crotch if cant stop
  6. k now take a break go watch a TV show of something on YouTube for 20 min you can hold you crotch dance squirm whatever
  7. if you did not pee go sit on the toilet under were on and watch this video[no urls]?v=amNA77BFuwc ( copy and paste it) while pressing on your bladder
  8. now stand up and put all your wait on you bladder lean on a counter or something
  9. if you made it this far no more squirming around or holding crotch lay down a towel on the flour them then get cold water pour the cold water on your private then relax all your mussel
  10. go walk around for five minted then press on you blatter fivetimes then rudd for thirty seconds repeat 3 times
  11. if you have not peed yet you won but if you did pee the punishments will be on the result side but her are the twist if you are a boy you cant use a cup or a container if you are a girl you cant use a funnle or a tool like one good luck
