The Treasoners...part one

This is a werewolf story. Its made by Sugercube. This is my O.C. account. Its about a girl named Change who is a beta in one wolf pack and an Alpha in another, althoug shes not aware of it.

  1. I let the window blind fall back into place. I grabbed my bow and moved slowly to the door. The yard had been empty. But when you were me...you could never be to careful. I slid the door open and it creaked. Note to self: Oil hinges. I stepped on the grass bearfoot. The dew on the grass made a 'crunch' sound as I walked. From behind the large oak tree a shadow stepped into light. A big gray wolf with iced blue eyes. It was the size of a horse and as wide as...well to of me. It growled. I put down my bow and held up my hands a 'come an get me' look on my face. The wolf ran forward and I closed my eyes. When I opened them I was looking up at a boy with light blond hair-so light it looked grey-silver- and icee blue eyes.
  2. If you have not already figured this out the boy standing over me is a werewolf. "Need help up Change?" He gave me a smirk and held out a hand. I took his hand digging my nails in. I let him help me up. I shoved him back and grabbed my bow from the ground. "Don't do that. Why are you here anyways?" I raised my eyebrow. Something was wrong. Sky was not the stalking type. "That creep Travins was around." Sky growled and spat out the name. Travins was a beta of another werewolf pack. Sky was the alpha of his group. The two boys don't get along well. I smiled and put my bow and quiver inside a hole on the side of the house. "I can take care of my self."
  3. He nodded. "Lets go to school pet." Yea. He called me his pet. He shifted back to wolf as did I. My wolf form was a golden car size wolf with red and brown hints. Bright grey eyes. He looked over at me and gave me a shoulder bump. I looked over at him and started walking. "I have a hunt during school. Get Tonner to walk you home." His voice said in my head. I had been having a problem with the other pack. They had been following me around. Sky hated it. So he would not let me be alone anymore. "I can care for my self." I answered back. He gave a light growl and ran ahead.
  4. We were joined by three other wolves. One an icy white,one a dark mud-brown, the other a dark black. Tonner,Sage, and Cleir. I nodded to them. Sky had a look on his face that ment he was talking to Tonner. Tonner gave a low growl and looked at me. He said something that only Sky could hear. Great. No chance of walking alone.I glared at Sky and he gave me a shrug, well if a wolf can shrug than he did. I sped to a run as did the others. Clari came close to me and touched her muzzle to my coat. She was like a little sister. Sage was her older brother. And he could be mean. "I got in a fight last night." She mind spoke to me. For a five year old she got in lots of fights. She was the size of a full grown normal wolf. The youngest and smallest of our pack. I glanced over at Sage, who gave me a "˜don't start' look. His black coat had spots were the fur was missing. "One of the other packs? Or ours?" I looked at Cleri. She nodded at me. One of ours.
  5. We reached Clari's school. A group of five children stood under a Dogwood waiting. They were third graders and fifth. She was a kindergartener. Still they let her in there group. They were part of our pack. One of the oldest girls walked up. Clari shifted back to human form. Her mud brown hair, waist length, and big brown eyes. Her hair was back in a messy braid. I nuzzled her shoulder. "Go play." She smiled and took the older girls hand and together they ran to the group. Soon the four of us reached the school. We all shifted back to human. Tonner grabbed my hand. "C'mon Princess. Your with me today." Sky growled. "Watch it." I smiled and Sage rolled his eyes. The rest of the pack was waiting inside the school.
  6. A girl with fox-red hair and green eyes ran up. Ace. She took Sages hand and pulled him over to a small group of ten or so kids. Our pack. There was in all twenty in our pack. Sky, me, Tonner,Sage, Clari, Alex ,Ace, and a lot of others. Across the hall a group of five kids stood watching us. The other pack. They had only ten. Our two groups got along well. Most of the time. Travins, a kid with shaggy red hair, the tips dyed electric blue, and eyes that were a minty grey, was looking right at me. Sky moved to block his view. "He acts like he has x-ray vision." Said Tonner. The group laughed and I went red. A girl with dark black hair and dark eyes moved beside me. "Hey Alex." I hugged her. She was my best friend. "How have you been Change?" She asked looking over my face. "I dunno. I just have been so scatterbrained." I glanced across at were Travins had been. He was gone now.
  7. The bell rang and we went to homeroom. In my class, (Mr. Thomas) Sage and Ace sat next to me. Travins was in this class two. Ace and Sage had assigned seats in the front. Trouble makers sat in the front. I, not a rule breaker had the choice of were to sit. I chose a place in the back of class. Taking a book out of my bag I opened it. I was on the last chapter, and was in a reading trance. I did not even notice when a group of Treasoners (The name of the other pack is The Treasoners) sat around me. Then I felt eyes on me. I put the book down and looked up. In front of me sat Adren, to my left, Carter, and to my right...Travins. I pulled my book back up and tried to ignore them.
  8. Travins snatched my book. "Whatcha' reading pretty?" He flipped though the book, then tore out a page. "Boring! I betcha' would rather talk to us than read some dumb ole' book." He smirked at me and put his feet on my desk. I closed my eyes and sent a thought to Sky. Help. Ace turned around in her seat. She could pick up my discomfort on her emotion radar. Sage stood up and walked over knocking Travins feet off my desk. Then he turned to face me. "Got a problem Change?" Sage looked at me. The kid on my left,Carter, grabbed my arm and pulled me closer to him. Sky banged the door open at this moment and ran in the room. He snarled. Then his hand made a fist and he hit Carter in the mouth.
  9. Carters jaw bleed. The hole class turned to look at us. Now Sky turned to face Travins. "MOVE AWAY FROM HER.STAY AWAY FROM HER." He growled though clenched teeth, his fist curled in to balls. The group of Treasoners stood up and walked away. The class settled back down. Sky kissed my for head and walked out, slamming the door. Ace and Sage went back to there seats. Soon the bell rang for us to go two first. The rest off the school day was uneventful. During second I noted that half off my pack had left school. To hunt. When we got out of seventh Tonner walked up. "Lets go home Change." I glanced at him. "I'm not going to walk with you."
  10. He shrugged . "Don't tell Sky." Then he walked off joining Alex. The two of them left school. I went back to my locker and gathered up my stuff. Then I headed out the door. I shifted into wolf and walked calmly down the road. The hole town knew of us. They LOVED us. We never killed the citizens and we protected the town from criminals. No need for police here. I entered an old store. It was small and the shelves were covered in canned items. It was empty, save me and an old lady at check out. I grabbed a few cans of soda. The lady smiled and rung me up. Then she gave me a roll of peppermints for free. She had always done this. "Enjoy. You never know how long you can." She always said this. I smiled and popped on in my mouth, walking out. "Thanks."
  11. I was jumped as soon as I left the store. My hands were grabbed and I was pulled down an ally. One kid had my right arm, the other my left. Carter and the other I did not know. A third one walked in front of me. They were Treasoners. "Change, Change,Change." Said the third one. "Your boyfriends not here to save you now." I would shift but, I was scared, I could not change into my wolf form when I was scared. The one in front made a fist and punched my stomach making me spit out the peppermint. I was about to scream when a forth figure entered the ally. It had a hooded jacket on. I could not see the face. It tackled the one that had hit me, knocking him aginst a wall. Then it took out the ones holding my arm. All three attackers lay on the ground, knocked out. I was about to say thank you when the hood fell off.
  12. Travins stood infront of me. I ran forward and pinned him aginst a wall. "WHY DID YOU JUST HELP ME!?!" I screamed. He hated me. We were in sepret packs. He pushed me off him. "I had to. Your my sister." With that he shifted into his wolf form. Big as a horse and the color of dried blood. He was gone. I stood standing there as it begane raining...What?.... END OF PART ONE.
