Okay first of all, emo means emotional not depressed. I wish i could just scream that from the top of the empire state building...Also, I've learned that when i do cut myself its uncontrollable and afterward the external pain from that, and the feeling that you're being watched, take away the pain of whatever else is tearing you apart.
