Today is Sunday Funday, and I thought it might be fun to create a quiz to test your fitness knowledge. I know you've all been working out hard and eating healthy, so let's see if you've got the fitness genius to back it up!

Almost all of these questions are subjects covered in our daily posts and the articles I've given you to read. If you've been keeping up with them you should be a fitness genius! If not, you might want to take some time and read those that are relevant to you and your program. Good Luck (P.S., no Googling for answers!)
