  • I have taken the official Pottermore quiz as well as this one multiple time and always gotten different answers. (although I never get Slytherin)

I've been adventurous to a stupid level since childhood... So. I always thought tht means im more gryffindor then anything else.. Never ambitious but can be mean nd cunning... Nottt hardworking but caring, loyal nd loving... And i always wanted ravenclaw, but that's my last house unfortunately

  • So many of my fellow Slytherins seem to be whiny bi*ches hungry for approval of lesser houses. Just own the house for sake. Be proud and stand for each other! You got the best of them, yet you behave like you got the exact opposite!

  • 78% hufflepuff...I dissagree. I am a slytherin and have been since I first took the pottermore test when it was fairly new. I just like to take these quizzes for fun. :) and in my home we have one of each house. My dad is a Gryffindor, mom is a ravenclaw, and sister is a hufflepuff. Hi other people from other houses and slytherin! Love you all equally. :)

    I'm not very hardworking actually.. Only on things I like, I can get crazy over some thing and study nights for months because I decided that I liked that thing :') But yeah I see why I got sorted here :D I like to bright people days, doing dumb things just to make people around me laugh and I get really sad when I'm lonely and I often cry when ppl say they don' t like me because I am just always kind to everyone (Well I try) I'm a f---ing coward and I know it but I won't hesitate to put myself in deep s--- to save anyone (yes, even people who did me dirty because... Well forgive and forget is my motto and I just don't have the energy to be angry lol) I just don't like... Disrespectful people that's it

  • My best friend just got Hufflepuff...shes not loyal at all, not hard working, accepting, or fair. Like, AT ALL. Ive known her my whole life (literally our moms were friends in college and have been best friends ever since so we had to be too obviously) and I KNOW FOR A FACT that she is a Slytherin. She literally is THE MOST Slytherin person EVER so...ya.

  • 74% gryffindor, 64% hufflepuff, 62% ravenclaw, 42% slytherin.... what can I make of that? I think I would have to base my decision on the people I would align with more and the direction I would like to go towards (i.e. glory, kindness, or pursuing intelligence). It relates to my real life funnily enough... I'm studying to be a police officer which I enjoy 1) it's thrilling and I love going into a "dangerous" situation to make a difference, requires some bravery (gryffindor), 2) it aligns with hufflepuff because one of the reasons I want to do it is to help people and make a meaningful difference in their lives (I currently work in aged care), 3) it aligns with ravenclaw because I'm interested in discovering statistics of crime, make a bigger difference down the track if I can become a detective, 4) the thought of greatness is nice, being able to really save someone and make a headline, but is not my core drive (slytherin).

    So I think the quiz is pretty spot on for me. But hmm!

    ok, when I first did the quiz I got 78% Ravenclaw, and a 70% Slytherin, but then I realized that I doesn't like what I choose on 3 of the questions, so I did again the quiz and I got 80% SLYTHERIN!!! and 74% Ravenclaw.. So I think that I am a Slyther-Claw Idk

    I got 79% Hufflepuff, 57% Gryffindor, 41% Ravenclaw, and 28% Slyhterin.

    I have taken this several years ago and still have gotten Hufflepuff. I work as a police dispatcher and I'm not afraid of anything. I handle most things very coolly and stay collected and calm and think through things. I don't understand why y'all are taking this so seriously. It's just a quiz about a fake world meant to be taken light heartedly and in good fun.

  • Slytherin (85%) which I'm not surprised by because I have done the quiz from pottermore before with different questions and 3 different times got that house!

    To be fair, I can see how this house can be perceived as evil by others and I certainly saw it so before being sorted there myself. But then I started thinking about what it actually means being evil? In the history of Hogwarts recent past, it essentially meant being the antagonist to Harry Potter which, if you think about closely, is based on J.K. Rowling's own perception of what she seems to think as evil. Of course killing others and being ignorant are traits of a person that does not get along with others, but those aren't Slytherin traits. In fact, one of the key traits is fraternity, the want to take care of your kind which isn't the same as say intolerance of others but can easily be viewed as that. JK portrayed fraternity in opposition with the ability to be kind of people that are different to you which I also deem a noble trait but if you don't look after your own first you won't be able to help others. Slytherins might be snobbish but they happily invite outside members to be part of their fold, once they view them as worthy of course. Yes, there are some of us that might take the absurd view no outsider or people of different blood should be taken into our keep, but they are followers of old Salazar Slytherin's archaic views, who himself was a relic from a time when wizards and witches had good reasons to be weary of those different to them. To evolve, we can't just rely on a good name, or to be born to first cousins who obsessed over blood purity to the point of incest. No, we need to look closely at everyone and diligently pick those who will bring honour and glory to our house! Only that way can we continue to boast the brightest and most brilliant members of any house at Hogwarts and the wizarding the world! Besides, people always forget, the most powerful wizard to come out of house of Slythe
