Here's a recap: Allissa was about to wake you up when she heard you say "Jace" This worries her because she only knows one Jace. Hardly anyone calls him Jace though, almost everyone calls him...

  1. Slate. Jason (Jace) Slate. A million thoughts began to rush through my mind all at once. How on earth did ____ meet Slate??? How did he break the barrier of magic around the house?! And why didn't he just kidnap her right there? Maybe it was a different Jace? No...that's the only Jace I know. I need answers as in NOW! I smacked ____ with the pilliow, showing no mercy. _____ opened her eyes. "Good God Allissa!!!! I'm up!!! You can stop hitting me!!!" _____ shouted. I threw down the pillow and looked her right in the eye. "Who's Jace?" I demanded. _____ looked a little nervous. "Uh..." she said. I gave her the death stare. "TELL ME!" I shouted.
  2. ***Your P.O.V.*** You wonder how Allissa found out about Jace and why she looks so angry. You figured you better tell her soon before she melted you with that death stare her dark green eyes were giving off. "How do you know about Jace?" you ask. "You just said 'Jace' in your sleep," Allissa replies. "I talk in my sleep?" you ask. "Who cares? Tell me everything you know about Jace right NOW!" Allissa says/shouts. "Okay, okay! Take a chill pill!" you say. "You're going to think I'm crazy, but this is the absolute truth," "Go on," Allissa says. "Well, two days ago, I had a dream about this hot guy. Black emo hair with blood red streaks. Brown/amber eyes, muscular. He told me to meet him on my balcony at midnight last night, so I did. He said his name was Jace and he has the same thoughts as Slate but... he's pretty sweet..." you say. "Sweet?" Allissa says. "_____, he's lying. The whole thing is a lie." "And how do you know?" you ask. "Because," Allissa says. "Jace is Slate. Slate is his last name, Jason is his first name. He knew that you didn't know he went by his last name, so he just told you his first so you wouldn't be scared of him." You are shocked. "Oh my God..." you say, your voice trails off. "Oh my God is right, _____. Slate found you. I'm surprised he didn't just take you right there." Allissa says. "He told me I have free will." you reply.
  3. "Interesting..." Allissa says. "That seems totally unlike Slate. Maybe he told you that so you'd actually want to come with him. I'm so glad you didn't though." You just stare at Allissa. "I think I just ruined Slate's plan...he's going to hate me a lot." Allissa says. "Well that's just great Allissa, now he's going to do God knows what to you." you say. "What he doesn't know won't hurt him." Allissa says. "If you ever see him again, just act like you don't know he's Slate and talk to me, Bryan, or Anthony in your mind." "Okay..." you say. "But I'm still kind of scared." "Don't worry, _____. We'll make sure nothing happens to you. Especially the guys. They all seem pretty into you." Allissa says. You smile a little hoping she means that [____] is into you. "Oh, and sorry I freaked out a little. But now you know why." Allissa says. "It's okay." you reply. "Well _____, you do realize I have to tell the guys about this... and they'll probably REALLY freak out." Allissa says. "I know..." you say.
  4. "I'm kind of afraid to leave you alone now, but if you need me, just yell." Allissa says walking out of your room and closing the door behind her. You take a shower, get dressed, and everything. "Why can't my life be normal?!" you think.
  5. ***Allissa's P.O.V.*** I left ____'s room and went to go find the guys. Big surprise, they were all in the living room blowing up virtual zombies. *eye roll* Boys and their video games. No one, not even Anthony looked in my direction. "Guys, turn off the video game!" I said loudly. "Later, k?" Chris said. "No, not later, NOW!" I said. "Slate found ____!" That stopped the guys right away. They hit pause and gave me their complete attention. "What?!?!? Does Slate have _____????" Bryan said. "Surprisingly, no. She just met him. He was even nice to her." I replied. "But that's impossible! How did he get through the magical barrier around the house?" Chris said. "I have no freaking idea!" I said. "Is ____ okay? Why did you leave her alone?" Ethan said in a worried tone. "Ethan, she's not a five year old. I can leave her alone for two seconds." I said. "I don't care, Allissa. Now that Slate knows where she is, he's just waiting for us to leave her alone!" Ethan said and ran out of the living room.
  6. "Well, what are we going to do now?" Bryan asked. We all looked over to Nick, he had that look in his eyes. His thinking look. There was a moment of silence before he said "We gotta get outta here." he said. "And go where?" Chris asked. "Somewhere far away from here." Nick said. "No duh!" Chris replied. Nick shot him a look. "Glare at me all you want, this isn't going to fix it." Chris said. "Whatever." Nick said "Just let me think of something." "Wait," Anthony said. "If Slate found us here, won't he find us wherever we decide to go?" "Good point..." Nick said. "Guys, I have an idea!" I said. The guys looked at me. "We can use even stronger magic to protect ____." "And how do we do that?" Bryan asked. "I know how..." I said.
  7. ***Your P.O.V.*** You were just getting dressed and then you heard footsteps. "Uh-Oh!" you think. You put on your jeans just in time, the door opened a sencond later. It's Ethan. His blue eyes light up when he sees you. "____, are you okay?" he asks. He runs over and gives you hug. "I'm fine, Ethan." you say. "So I'm guessing Allissa told you guys about what happened." you say. "Yeah, but I ran up to check on you right after she finished her sentence." Ethan replies. "That's sweet, but you really don't have to worry about me." you say. Ethan stares into your eyes. "That's what you think. You have no idea how evil Slate is. He's probably the best liar ever, so that's why he came across as nice to you." Ethan says. "But he really doesn't seem that evil, he just has something against humans. Maybe something bad happened to him in the past." you say. "No _____, he's evil. I can't even begin to describe his evilness. He treats his own kind badly as it is, most supernatural beings fear him, so that's why they obey him. Don't even get me started on his intention for humans. He doesn't just want to wipe them all out at once, he has a painful, horrible death planned for each one, based on the person's fears or faults." Ethan says. "That's awful!" you say. Ethan puts his arm around you. "I'm sorry you had to hear that, but it's the truth." "We can't let him do that!" you say. "We won't," Ethan says dead serious. "He needs you in order to do that. And as long as I'm alive, I'll never let him take you." Ethan says. You smile. "But you're a ghost so... aren't you already dead?" you ask. "No, I'm very much alive." Ethan says. "My ghost form is what makes me immortal." "Oh, I see." you say. "It doesn't matter. Alive or not, I'll always be there for you, ____." Ethan says and hugs you tighter. You hug him back and he kisses you on the cheek.
  8. ***Allissa's P.O.V.*** "Alright, guys." I said. "In order to create the most powerful, protective magic, we must take the some of the old magic stored in the lab, and combine it with new magic." "New magic made up of what?" Chris asked. "Three things." I said. "Malachite because it drives away evil, sapphire because it's lucky to ____, and finally, we'll need a bit of all of our blood combined because it contains energies needed to keep ____ safe." "Okay." Nick said. "Where's Ethan?" Bryan asked. "I bet he's in ____'s room." Anthony said. "I'll go up and get him." Anthony said leaving the living room.
  9. ***Your P.O.V.*** Your door was open, the next thing you see is Anthony walk in. "Hey, there you guys are." Anthony says. "I'm going to need to borrow Ethan for a second." "Nope. I'm bringing ____ with me." Ethan says. "Okay, well suit yourself." Anthony replies. "Allissa found a way to keep you safe," Anthony says to you. "How?" you ask. "You'll see." Anthony says. You guys walk downstairs to the living room and then to a long hallway you've never seen before. There's a big door with one of those cool hand print identification thingys. Allissa puts her hand on it, the light turns green and the huge door opens. It looks like a mad-scientist's lab. There are jars of stuff everywhere with little labels you can't read from a distance. "Wow, you guys are geeks." you say. Nick laughs and says "Well, I guess you can say that." "But that's magical stuff so it's really cool unlike boring science stuff." Bryan says. "So, um... what are you guys going to do to me?" you ask. Chris smiles. "Nothing, we're just going to create stronger magic than the kind that was around the house." Allissa explains what the magic will be made of so Ethan knows what he's doing. You also happen to overhear. Do you...
  10. Let's just say you picked "watch". Allissa walks over to one of the shelves and looks around for a second before grabbing two jars. One filled with crushed malichite and one filled with crushed sapphire. Both of them were crushed so much, it looked like powder. Allissa put a pinch of blue powder and a pinch of green powder in a glass vial. Then Allissa takes a knife and holds out her arm. You could see that she still had the scars that Matt caused. Allissa made a small cut on her arm. Anthony looked a little uncomfortable. He knew Allissa wasn't in pain, but that still bugged him. A drop of blood dripped from Allissa's arm into the vial. Then she handed the knife to Ethan and he did the same, then Bryan, then Nick, and finally Chris and Anthony. You felt bad for Chris and Anthony because you can imagine it's not easy being around blood when you're a vampire.
  11. Then Allissa walks over to another shelf. "Ah, this is perfect." She says and grabs a small, hollow heart shaped container made of glass. It fit perfectly in the palm of her hand. She set it on the table. Nick got a different vial. The stuff in it looked like liquid murcury with gold glitter in it. He poured it into the other vial and shook it. Then he poured the new mixture into the heart shaped container. You never would have expected this, but the stuff turned neon purple, it was really pretty. Nick sealed the container and tied a string around it. He walked twords you and gave you the necklace. "Wear this at all times, ____. It will help protect you from Slate. He won't find you when we leave tonight." Nick says. "Wait, we're leaving?" you ask. Everyone nods. "Where are we going?" you ask. Chris speaks up. "We are going to..."
  12. CLIFFHANGER!!!!!!!!!!! Say "OH YOU SUCK!" all you want, but the cliffhanger ain't going away. :) I'd say I got this part out pretty fast though, so you're welcome. Who do you like?
