So I'm here to see if I can make you puke. Want to find out? Ok well we will be doing activities so make sure you have a bucket near you. Wink wink. Have fun.

  3. No eat some food until you are half full. Okay so did you do it?

  5. Now eat more food until you are full. Did you?
  6. Now drink another glass of water. How do you feel?
  7. Now do twenty jumping jacks. How do you feel now?
  8. Now even though you are full eat more food until you cant eat another bite. How do you feel?
