  1. Jacky was crying hard. Derek takes her to the side and talks to her. Kyle wipes his eyes and but tries not to show it. Chris sits next to you. You stare into his dark eyes. He cracks a small smile but it disappears. "Now what do we do?" You ask. "We find a new hideout." Chris says. "How? We're at some beach with no money or supplies!" Carter snaps. "Carter, I still remember how to rob the ATM. We get money from there, hitch a ride to town, and get some food." Kola says. "Why not teleport?" You ask. "Tyson is a yellow highlight which means he can create and detect energy and create images like holagrams." Jacky says. She finally stops crying. "Let's just go," Jacky says. She walks up the beach. Kyle helps you up and carries you up the beach. "He wont hurt you, I promise." You turn and see Derek staring at you. "I thought you said we can't use our powers" You think. "I know but" He shruggs at you. "He wont detect this." He smiles at you. "Wanna walk with me?" He finally asks. You just smile. "Kyle, can I talk to Derek?" ou ask out loud. "Sure, I was going to talk to Carter too," He says. He puts you down and you walk toward Derek.
  2. **CHASE'S POV** "Battle???" I stammered. "Yea, where were you?" Charlie asked. "I was on outpost commintion. When did the battle happen? How many casulties?" I asked. "It was yesterday. You should've been there! It was awesome! Some of our guys were hurt but on _______'s team, one died." She says. "SOMEONE DIED!?" I scream. "Whoa, hld it there. Why would you care? Tyson was upset to but he doesn't care anymore." Charlie says. I just nodded. "Who died then?" I asked. "Some girl. It's not _________ though, Thank the lord. If it was, I swear Tyson would have all our heads for it." I faked a smile. "Then who was it?" I asked. "Some girl. Tyson called her Cindy." She said.
  3. I froze. "Cindy?" I muttered. "What?" She asked. I turned and laughed. "That's my, uh, ex-girlfriend. Karma I guess." I give a small laugh and turn toward her. "Wow... Well I have to go man the east wing. Later!" she punches my shoulder hard and leaves. I pull out my phone and txt __________. I stopped before pressing send. She probably knows. I closed my phone and walked out of the lounge.

  5. **YOUR POV** You walk with Derek but did do much talking. You try and start a conversation but fail all the time. "GUY! I SEE A GAS STATION!!!" Kola yells. She does a small happy dance and runs. Carter laughs and grabs Kyle arm. You feel alittle jealous so you grab Derek's arm.You all run up to the station and when your under that roof plc for filling up, you all celebrate. Sure, people stop and stare at you guys but you found a plc for food. "I'll go work the ATM if you know what I mean." Kola gives you a devious smile and skips off. You see Jacky yelling at a hillbilly. You turn to Chris who was in the middle of it. 'Dont ask' he mouths. you give him a thumbs up and walk away. You walk in and see Derek taking everything from the shelves with Carter and Kyle. "You kids better be able to pay for that." You hear the person behind the register say. You sneak into the family bathroom unnoticed by anyone. You lock the door and give out a sigh of relief. "Good try. But you cant hide from me." You snap up and look around. "Tyson?" You call out.
  6. "Right you are __________. Look, don't be like my brother. Just join my side and you wont have to hide you powers. We'll finally be free! Just join me." He says. "no.... NEVER!" You yell. The mirror breaks and you jump and let out a small yelp. "___________! WHATS GOING ON IN THERE!" You look at the door again. "No-no- nothing!" You studder. You look around again. you wash your face, pace around a few times, and run your hand in hair. Finally you walk out.
  7. "What happened in there?" You jump alittle and see Chris. "Come on, Derek, Carter, and Kyle got food. Kola got the money from the atm and Jacky got us a ride." He says. He walks out on you. "I'm sorry about Cindy" You call. Chris ignores you and storms out. "This is my fault," You say to yourself.
  8. You wipe away tears for a second and walk out. You see Derek talking to a guy with jet black hair, blue highlight, piercing blue eyes, and sorta bad boy look. He's against a Cadillac. "______!" Kola yells. she runs over to you and grabs your arm. She drags you to Derek and the mystery dude. "So your name's ______ cutie?" He asks. You cant help but blush and smile. Derek lets out a long depressing sigh. "________, this is Shay. Shay, this is _________." Derek walks away and heads toward Jacky. They start arguing from what it looks like. "Do you know about Cindy?" You ask. "What happened?" He asks. You can tell he's concerned. "She... um... well, its umm...." You studder. "What happened?" He snaps. "She, died." You whispered. His face goes white and you see ice forming at his feet and finger tips. "My...." He mutters something else. "Oh God. Was she your sister?" You ask.
  9. "no. My girlfriend." He turns his head. "I'm going to kill Tyson. I'll make him burn in hell." He says. He swings the door open. "Everyone in!" He yells. You jump in the passanger seat and look at him. He had his head against the steering wheel. "I'm sorry. We'll get revenge. I promise." You touch his shoulder before he snaps a glare at you. "You don't understand." He snaps. "I miss Cindy too but" He slaps you hard. "Oh God _________ I'm sorry." He says. "Don't worry. I, uh, needed that. probably desvered it anyway." He says. By that time everyone else climbs in the car. The guys sit in the way back while the girls sit in the middle row. Shay starts the car and drives.
  10. **TYSON'S POV** I felt some power. I looked at my map on the table. I circled my fingers until I found it. A gas station. But it felt like a blue highlight. Probably Carter or Kola. Wait they know better. Then who was it. Oh crap. Was it Shay!? It has to be. If he found out about Cindy then I'm dead. I have to talk to Shay.
  11. CLIFFHANGER! well not much of a cliffhanger... oh well! I'm sorry it took my awhile but I was sick and my parents didnt want me near the computer and my ipods dead :P haha. well who do you like???
