Why?

2nd Time i got an all for one

i use a sniper, i copy snipes, lady nagants, night eye future seeing, hatsumei zoom quirk, shota aiwazawa quirk and warp gate. I would be a perfect sniper. I never miss, never need a gun or bullets, i will know how the encounter plays out, don't need a scope, your quirk can't save you and i will always be able to redirect my bullets to somewhere new.

Time stop... My real OC has a shapeshifting/summoning quirk, but this is fine
