  • Amazing! I am a first Dan (degree) black belt in Budokai karate. I love it. You're right, people do think karate is the easiest thing. My black belt test was 3 1/2 hours long, and I had to do 100 jumping jacks, 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, and 50 squats. Just for warm ups! And then there's the essay presentation
