Why would anyone trust the fifth link that pops up after google "how to run faster"? It's the first rule of the internet--don't trust anything!
Talk to a real track coach if you're interested in running faster! Don't ask your questions to the abyss of the internet, you're going to get false information. -
Yes because the fifth link is the most dreadful and horrible thing. Besides, I googled "is running on your toes good". You're taking it way too seriously.

I'm sure these are great tips, but I'm some what contradicting the subject based on the small argument. I'll just try what seems best for me.

Ok great! At least you are running because running is awesome! If you do get injured however (hopefully not :) ), definitely go see a sports doctor rather than asking how to cure it on the internet.
