  Firstly you didn't tell why do you want to be cured. It is such an awesome game that one who loves energetic sport will love it. I am a great football fan and I always be in love with football.

  But seriously, what's wrong with liking sports? I like Hockey and baseball. I don't follow it religiously, I just enjoy the games and when they are on I enjoy watching them.

  don't be dumb. things that you enjoy, and build you up, rather then tearing you down are few and far between.

  There's nothing wrong with liking sport. Personally, I don't like sport... except for equestrian riding. Don't let sudden change of preference stop you from what you like to do.

  just enjoy the sport while you can. you could try making yourself think you dont loke itby telling yourself that.
