"Was the handsome devil part too much?" Jayd joked. The empty hallways didn't respond seeing as air was... Air. Not the best audience. -
Maeve didn't come back. Chester was still in the library.

Jayden walked around for a bit before reaching the library, seeing Chester. He walked in.

Chester's eventually sat up straight and leaned back against the wall. He saw that Jayden had come in.

"Hi. Mind if I stay here with you?"

'No,' Chester said, shaking his head.

"Alright." Jayden sat down by Chester.

Chester swung his pocket watch back and forth.

"You're going to hit someone with that someday." Jayd laughed.

'That's their fault for being too close,' Chester said with a chuckle.

"Fair enough I suppose."

Chester continued swinging it back and forth. 'What were you and Maeve talking about?'

"Just how to create a bit of chaos. I think she's an arsonist."
