Chester left anyway. He was growing overwhelmed with it all. He knew it wasn't Jayden's fault and he was just being playful, but it opened up memories Chester didn't want to remember.

Jayd wanted to follow, but got the feeling he wasn't wanted. He was practically an expert at knowing when he wasn't wanted- The key was lots of experience.

Chester sat in the corner of library, holding his head in his hands.

"Boo!" Maeve yelled as she appeared, and Jayden screamed.
"Jesus, do you ever just teleport quietly?" -
Maeve laughed. 'It's fun scaring people!' she said. She looked around. 'Where's Chester?'

"He... Left. I don't think he wants me around." Jayden admit.

Maeve shrugged. 'He's like that with fun people.'

Jayd gave a small smile. "Well thanks for that, but I'm pretty sure it still hurts."

Maeve rolled her eyes. 'You and your moodiness. Do you want to play some pranks with me?b'

Jayden shrugged. "Sure, what do you have in mind?"

Maeve jumped excitedly. She started disappearing and reappearing constantly. 'Vaseline on the floors!'

"No!" Jayd laughed. "Oh god no! Something less likely to kill someone!"

Maeve pouted. 'You're no fun at all!'

"No, I just don't want your brother to hate me! And cause a war over it, but him hating me is the real cost!"

Maeve huffed, then disappeared.
