In the still summer's night, Adria fell asleep. The fireflies twinkled merrily and the trees swayed rhythmically.

Norman noticed and covered Adria with his Jacket.

Adria breathed softly, her hair billowing around her like flower petals.

Norman patted Adria's head reassuringly.

Adria slept peacefully.

Norman wondered what would be in the future.

Adria dreamed peacefully until the sun rose again.

Norman watched the sunrise before realizing what his parents would do when he got home.

Adria woke up, slightly embarrassed at having fallen asleep.

"good morning." Norman said with a smile.

"Good morning," Adria said, her cheeks feeling a bit warm. "Did you sleep at all last night?"

"not really, I was too busy watching you." Norman said.

"Now I feel bad about sleeping so much," Adria said. "Aren't you tired?"

"no, I'm more concerned about what might happen when I walk through my door later." Norman said.

"I'm worried about you," Adria said. "I worry about you all the time. How will I know if you're okay?"
