"Well, I'm not exactly your everyday gal, I suppose," Adria said. Fireflies landed around her neck like a necklace.

"of course, you're much better than your everyday gal." Norman said.

Adria blushed. "And you're better than your everyday guy," she said. "I don't know what I'd do without you."

"you'd probably be with some average looking loser like an anime protagonist." Norman said.

Adria laughed. "That's a first."

"if you were on the roof that day fate would send someone to help you." Norman said.

"Well they sent you," Adria said.

"yep, they really chose the wrong person to stop a suicide." Norman said.

"No they didn't," Adria protested. "They chose the perfect person."

"yes, a person going up there to also commit self die." Norman said.

"Exactly," Adria said. "You understood me in a way no one ever did."
