Lake smiled brightly, “ Yes! What region are friends from? You don’t look Alolan.” They said with a big happy look on their face.

Brad said "I'm from the Unova region."

"Johto. It's right next to Kanto." He had a feeling Lake didn't know the regions.

"Hoenn...its like...yea...two regions away from here"

“ ohh Beautiufly told lake about Hoenn, and lake know about Kalos, that’s all.” The more naïve trainer revealed as they looked around.
There was rustling in a nearby tree.
Pidgey flew out of the tree and into the ground, pecking at stones.
“ Oh Hello Pidgey.” They smiled softly as they crouched down.
“ my names lake, can I battle you?” they asked it.
The pidgey cawed in response.
Lake smiled as they stood up.
“ charmander Go.” They said brightly. -
Eva tightened her grip on Skitty again "is there anything in this region thats not a rodent or bird?"

Brad said "I've heard there's foxes and dogs."

Eva frowned "what anout cats...or fire pokemon?"

Brad said "I don't know. I'm sure there's fire types."

"I havent seen amy...i dont have any...its sad"

“ charmander use tackle.” Lake instructed...but not verbally. The entire battle commenced like that. And it ended with Lake catching their third pokemon. “ How do I heal pidgey? I don’t see any berries.” They asked concerned.
