Rayne took a deep breath, gathering her courage before pressing her lips to his, her eyes squeezed shut.

Rayne pulled away quickly. "I-I'm sorry..." she whispered, backing away quickly. She felt... rejected...

He blushed brightly "don't be" he said, looking at her

Rayne looked away, staring at her hands, his words not helping.
