Rayne carefully held the world stone, curled up tightly around it. "Be careful..." she whispered

He nodded slightly as a large crack formed in the crystal

Rayne's eyes widened as she held the stone tighter

He growled before the crystal shattered

Rayne squeezed her eyes shut as many people invaded the bubble.

Archaios roared and started shooting off spells at the humans

Rayne bit her lip and curled up tighter, hearing their pained screams.

He screeched in pain as the started getting shot

Rayne cringed and peeked out, seeing many dead or retreating, including the man who had kidnapped her.

He roared as the remaining humans retreated

Rayne trembled and hopped over him, carefully placing the stone back with shaking hands

He layed down, blood dripping off his wounds

Rayne frowned as she placed her hand on one of his wounds. "What can I do?"

He looked at her "think you can get the bullets out?

Rayne shuddered and nodded. "I can try." She took a deep breath, as she began removing the bullets, her stomach churning.
