Science is basically a tool used to discover things that we were previously unaware of. Saying you don't believe in Science is like saying you don't believe in Math. If it were really a faith, it wouldn't be aloud to be taught in Public skools. Honeslty, whenever someone says Science is a lie, I'm just like

You can't believe or not believe in science. Its science! Which, like Mo mentioned, is proven facts. You can't say you don't believe in the diversity of life if you have the proof right in front of you!

God damn it, how can science be a faith or belief. You don't see me praying to the God of Nuclear weapons or going to an atomic church.
You don't hear me preaching about the great book of science and the second coming of Albert Einstein.
I don't shove science into people's faces.
I don't believe in science, I TRUST science because it provides proof and evidence of whatever topic.
Atleast I don't have to fear a selfish mythical being who claims to be the most powerful thing in the universe... -

Technically science is not proven facts, as we discover new things all the time. But I agree, it's not a religion.
