I know this is long but please read okay?
okay..so..I have a crush at my school, right? I told my friends and they started freaking out and all AND promised that they wont tell NO ONE AND (too many and's :P) they wont act weird when he walks by. Then the next day they walked up to him and they were all like "____________ LIKES YOU ___________ LIKES YOU!!" and I got really pissed, so now he damn knows. When they said that, he was all like "I don't care....i don't care" and just walks away. Then a couple days later i'm all like "Okay...i'ma go try talking to him and his friend" so my friend walks with me and I say "Hi guys!" then stroll off. As I stroll off my friend PULLS MY JACKET and pulls me with her like i'm some kind of dog because I didn't normally walk up to him and start a conversation, and now she's mad. Now that is Embarrassment #2. Next day, my friends start PULLING ME TOWARDS HIM so we can start a conversation. I WAS TRYING MY DAMN BEST NOT TO FRICKIN BLUSH AND ADMIT THAT I LIKED HIM. "EEEEWWW NO HE'S UGLLLLYYY I DON'T LIIIIKKKEEE HIIIIIM:
Friends: "You know it's pretty damn obvious you like him"
Me: "Well it wouldn't be so damn OBVIOUS if you didn't frickin PULL ME TOWARDS HIM!"
Friends: "Noo...."
Now that's Embarrassment #3
How can I make him like me? What do I do to change his mind about me? Thanks... -
scarletforever NoviceWow! The thing about making guys like you is to be at ease. Imagine him as an obese person. You don't want to be rude, but you don't treat him specially. Don't EVER act jealous. Act like you don't care. Be distant. That's what makes you attracted to him in the first place. the distance. He'll know that he can't have you and it'll drive him mad.

Not blushing and acting especially normal can also be considered treating him differently. Just act like you already do. Acting super normal and making extra sure not to show signs that you like him only makes you look strange.
Once again: Just act like you always do. You're allowed to blush around your crush. -

Tell your friends to back off. Tell them "listen I like this guy and I want him to like me too, and he won't if you guys keep doing this and making it weird." I said that to my friends and they backed off. And as for making him like you. Just be yourself. If you act different around him and he likes you he won't like you for the real you.

Ilk!! I was thinking where had you gone!!
That sounds exactly what happened to me, I'm not kidding, even the dragging me thing - my friend dragged me towards him by my bag, it was so embarrassing. My friends acted like that at first and made it so obvious when i was around him, I was starting to feel like they weren't my friends.. but after a while they stopped.
So, sorry but you're not unique, this exact thing happened to me first, it was actually worse for me, he was so awkward around me for ages and wouldn't look at me : ( I remember on the day one of my friends told him I felt like it was the worst day of my life because of how much I liked him. -

I think the biggest mistake was getting your friends involved, bad idea.What shoulda been done was wait til you and the dude are alone, be friends first and then tell him.If he rejects just be cool with it and move on, he could change his mind later.
Now I think you just have to be relaxed, wait a lil bit to talk to him because right now your friends are being annoying.If he doesn't like you, he doesn't like you.If he does he'll come around eventually. -

Jade - I don't think she got her friends involved on purpose. Ilk - Did they keep bugging you to tell them? That's what mine did. I hope telling them to back off works...not sure it will though : /
