I had my belly button peirced about 3-4 weeks ago and i'm seeing some signs of infection, alot of people say just use saline solution and I have ever since I had it peirced so now I don't know what to do to heal the infection.

Maybe you're like Kyo's eyebrows. Not meant to have pier Inge there because of too many infections. Maybe the piercing is made of a metal that you're allergic to. I don't fully know.

They get ripped out easily

I dunno,I have one.I got a rash around it first time.What I did was just put some medicine and it went away.But if that doesn't work get it checked out.
