What if your existence was only on the internet? The device you use is your home, and the internet is the world you live in. You know nothing of the world outside the computer, literally.
And then if the other character was in the real world... and found the internet character... hmmmm...

This is one idea: a girl buys a peculiar looking book from a second hand bookstore, the owner warns her that dangers lurk behind its covers but she ignores him. So when she starts reading the book, something happens, the hero and the villian of the story literally come out of the book and into the real world, the villian is now on the loose creating havoc and destruction and the hero blames this all on her. He is angry at her for bringing him into this world. But only those two can help stop the villian on the loose, her knowledge and his powers together. On their journey they fall in love.
