I got scared. "No. I don't want..." I stopped, just freaked.

"Shhh..." I hushed him, I combed my fingers through his hair gently, "I won't go...I promise" I whispered softly

The the doctors sighed, and left the room. I felt a little better. I touched Rose's arm ever so slightly.

My cheeks reddened slightly, I sighed and kissed the top of his head. "See? Its okay, I'm not going anywhere"

I looked at the floor, and a drawing popped into my head. The baby tiger I drew not too long ago. On the carpet, I traced what I did to draw it with my finger.

I watched his finger trace the carpert, not comprehending what he was drawing. I stood up, got him his sketchpad and pencil, I placed them infront of him, I smiled warmly sitting across from him, "Could you draw me something?"

I slowly picked up the pencil, and laid flat on my stomach. I began gently stroking the paper with the pencil, for my guidelines. I decided that instead of a baby tiger, I'd draw a majestic adult tiger, lying in some grass. I kept on drawing until I had a head, and body, with out the details. It was taking time for full artistry.

I watched him as he drew with such talent, it was intertestinbg watching him. I hugged my knees to my chest watching intently with great interest.

I soon did quick, gritty stokes for the grass, so some went over the not yet completed picture. The eyes, they were the challenging part. I made the main part of the eye first, and then the crinkle on the side of it.

I smiled as I soon understood what the picture was, a tiger lying on grass. I wondered outloud how does he know that I like tigers? I laughed realising I had said my thoughts outloud

I looked up at Rose, smiled a little bit, and grabbed my near-by art supplys. Of course they were only crayons and markers, so I decided I would shade in what I needed.

I smiled back at him, I sat there and continued watching, it was coming out great

Soon, I was done. But I decided I wanted color. Colored it in, finished it, and showed Rose.
(It looks like a real tiger, just in black and white)
