Sta snorted playfully and slid to a stop before taking off behind Cody.

Cody wheeled around on his hind legs and took after her.
(btw, what type of Piebald is Venture, brown or black?) -

Star slid to a stop near some fresh grass and started munching on it, prancing away every time Cody got very close. -
Cody blinked and shook his mane. "You're awfully hyper today, aren't you?"

"Can't you sense it too?" Asked Star, puzzled.

"Sense it? What am I not sensing?"

"There's something in the air today. I can feel it."

Cody sniffed then eyed her. "Are you feeling alright?"

Star snorted. "Of course I a--" Star whinnied in alarm and then turned and bolted in the opposite direction.

Cody didn't need to look to know there was trouble. He took off after her.

Venture snorted and galloped off after them, keeping one eye out for whatever Star had seen.

Cody didn't turn, he didn't need to see the danger, he just needed to escape it.

Star whinnied in alarm as she felt something rough tighten around her neck. It held her back, no matter how much she fought.

Cody saw it, for the first time. Man.

Star pulled on the ropes, fighting against them. But more ropes caught her legs and she went down, whinning shrilly. "Help! Help me!"
