  Well, almost every other country [except Russia, China, and Germany] would kill each other If I dropped a penny anywhere in Europe. I would just watch Europe fall apart.

  Well, every european country except Germany and Russia are in so much debt, they actually need the damn penny.
  Europe [as a whole] is economically a failure.

  Germany is very well organized compared to the rest of Europe's countries, and Russia is actually doing worse than Germany. -audree
