Well nothing really until Anri comes on. Here's what the three of us (mostly you guys, I just post pics of what you might like) need to plan before Saturday:
~Venue
~Theme
~Guest list
~Wedding party
~Outfits
-Tuxes shoul match theme
-wedding dress (Anri)
-Bridesmaids' dresses
-Maid of honor dress (if different)
-shoes which is optional
-Hair/makeup (again optional and for bride)
~Cake -
all right. I'll start up the guest lists.

You could also start on the wedding party (Bridsemaids, best man, ushers) so your best man and ushers.

how many ushers do we need? -
That's up to you. There's no required amount. It looks nice when the ushers match up to the amount of bridesmaids though.
