Phil walked through the door, leaning against it as Dan came through. "Meh, really?"

Dan shrugged, walking out into the corridor. He took the first few steps before glancing over the railing at the seemingly endless descent. "Oh, god. No, no. Let's take the lift." He quickly bounded back up and pressed the down button.

Phil laughed. "Exactly."

It seemed like an eternity before the high ding sounded and the lift doors slid open. Dan got in and waited for Phil to enter before pressing the button for the ground level.
"Going down," the mechanical woman's voice said, causing Dan to grin.
"That voice sounds so stupid." -
"It always does." Phil laughed.

"True," he replied, smirking. "Do you think they hire a lady to record that, or is it just the machine? It sounds almost human, but not quite."

"Maybe it's both." Phil said seriously.

Dan's eyes widened and he turned to face Phil. "Oh, god... Oh, god. We're dealing with a Class A cyborg!!"

"Oh my God this must be a deathtrap!"

"Or..." Dan thought for a moment. "Maybe we'll gain cyborg powers!"

"Like what?!" Phil asked, gasping.

"Like... Ehm... Super computer abilities! Cheat codes for life!" The elevator dinged once more, reaching its destination.

"Yes!" Said Phil, as the doors opened and the two stepped out.

"Imagine if you could get away from trouble just by thinking of a certain key sequence. You could get away with anything and everything." He walked out of the lift beside Phil, his hand lightly brushing against his as they walked.

Phil smiled, feelings Dan's hand slightly touch his. "That would be pretty....awesome." He laughed.
