A boy accused of having mental problems is put into a mental hospital. Why? He claims to be able to see a person's entire life in the rate of a heartbeat, just by looking them in the eye. One day, a young girl is visiting the mental hospital to visit her brother in there, she runs into the boy and he tells her his story. Her parents pull her away, but she, for some reason, believes him and wants to learn more about him.
Basically it's the story of her sneaking into the hospital and having meetings with the boy, and eventually they get feelings for one another. -
