I've already cracked all my knuckles twice, My hand is going numb from being clinched in a fist, my vision is blurring, I can't stop fidgeting, I'm muttering to myself, and my nerves are shot.
I need to calm down. Any suggestions? -

Try taking DEEP breaths. And by deep breaths, I mean the type of breath that you can feel in your chest. Listen to some music. Try to get your mind off of things.

My leg is going numb from gittering as well.
I have no idea what I should listen to. The only reason I can type this without doubling every other letter is because I'm deep breathing. And I'm trying to get my mind off of it. -
I agree on the cold water one. Breathing and maybe a cool shower, if you haven't taken one already today.

My vision has returned, but I have officially lost all feeling in my left hand and right leg.
