@ bob, without religion your own nation wouldn't have been formed is that not correct? Without religion most of the great inventors who not have discovered what we have today, and not just any religion Christianity, France a good example of immorality refused religion thus becoming an athiest nation, and France became bloodthirsty and had more immorality, England which chose to be a Christian nation became powerful, America was once powerful as a Christian nation, but it's slowly declining, you say religion has no facts, but it does only those who believe in God, there are many facts and certainly new things being revealed, a world without faith is a world of mass chaos

Angelic, the fact that you have taken one subject and latched onto it in a petty debate that I don't wish to fight only strengthens the points I was making. Further more, this nation was founded by the revolutionary war, a war that started because Americans didn't believe a king across the sea had influence over them. (And king's influence was accredited to religion.) Further more, most of the modern scientific minds who actually give contributions to society were atheist or at the very least agnostic. Religion has no facts, I've pointed this out before, and we have never seen a world without faith. We've only ever seen a world with faith, and it was called the dark ages for a reason. Also, I didn't come here to banter religion with you, so if that's all you have to contribute to this thread, good day to you.
Carla, weed is prescribed medically as a pain killers. Pain killers work by slowing down brain functions and shutting off nerve endings. What about that sounds healthy? Not to mention the fact that since it is grown from a plant and smoked, the abrasives in the smoke have been shown to leave scar tissues in the esophagus, giving that stereotypical hoarse voice that is often accredited to pot heads. Government statements or not, if you research things and apply common sense, you can put 2 and 2 together. -

That's the thing Carla. What is there to tell those nerve endings to turn back on? Frequent doses over a long enough time leave permanent damage. And whether or not you like the sound, this conversation is about the health risks. But it's becoming more and more obvious that what I'm saying here isn't sinking in. You've already set your mind on what you believe and since I'm not telling you that weed is good for you, you're keep debating this using whatever means possible. Even if it doesn't make sense or isn't related. Like you said, "I know what's true about it and what's not." So how can any amount of actual facts tell you you're wrong. After all, it's all a government conspiracy. I've lost too many friends to s--- like this. And if you're going to be that way then I need to distance myself before I have to watch you do the same thing.
