  And no, Moyashi, its not. I should know. My cousin works for the COA.they use the history on thedatabase, find out the email, and use the email to find the address. So no they dont have to track them.

  Technically they do. Email to address is tracking.
  But hackers either have an account they never get on, or none at all. That's the issue.

  Although, if you can catch the IP Addresses, that might work. But I'm not sure.
