-67% of Niacin (Vitamin B3)
-80% of thiamine (vitamin B1)
-90% of the vitamin B6
-50% of the manganese
-50% of the phosphorus
-60% of the iron
-Over 75% of the dietary fiber and essential fatty acids.
So brown rice is much healthier for you than white rice. x3 -
White rice is gross. ^^ I love brown rice.

Me too. ^^ White rice is okay I guess, but brown rice is yummy and healthy. :D

White rice only has the endosperm, whereas brown rice also has the germ and bran :D Yum~

I like it better, personally. If white rice was the only thing available I'd probably eat it, but brown rice is much better. Hehe. :3

It's also musch more flavorful ^-^ White rice is just so...bland.
