Norma Jean was born in the time of the Racial Segregation. she was born fair and light skinned to a black family. her family and home was attacked by racists, her family was spared though. But Norma was taken by the people to be raised as one of them since she was very fair. Norma Jean grew and raised by the name Anna Bell. at the age of 17 she became popular in her school, and develops a major crush over a boy who is white named Luke and he slowly falls for her. she always wanted racisim to end...not even knowing that she too is black. But one day her brother, Maurice, passed by her. He tells her a little bit about her past. With the words he said stuck in her head, she puts them together then realizing who she really is...Luke is surprised and wants to help her stop racism
