Monti looked over at Cameron "Hey...are you ok?" she asks

Arielle glared secretly at Monti for about a minute or so before looking at Cameron. He looked like he was about to hurl.

"Erm... Yeah, I'm-" he was cut off by a round of vomit. Cameron collapsed to the ground, his body shaking. The scene had begun to draw many confused eyes.

Arielle's jaw dropped, her eyes widened. "Uh..." she didn't know whether to get help or to just stay still. "Cameron... Do I need to get someone? Do you feel alright?" she shook, her quiet voice sounding louder.

Monti quickly knelt down over Cameron "Cameron? can you hear me?" she looks for her cell phone

His blue eyes glazed over and widened as another round of vomiting rang through him. This time, though, it wasn't vomit. From his mouth came a deep red, viscous fluid. Blood.

Arielle started to cry silently. She dug out her phone, about to call 911. A tear fell down from her cheek. "Cameron?! Are you okay? Do I need to get help?" She repeated rather quietly, but she already know the answer.

Monti waitied for her call to answer..."Hello? yess 911? my boyfriend is coughing up blood" Monti then give them the address then hangs up she tres to stay as calm as possible but a few tears roll down her face

Arielle couldn't take it anymore. She ran away, tears flying out of her eyes like waterfalls. She didn't care where she went, she just wanted to get away.

Cameron's body shook with the force of his vomit and his breathing became shallow and irregular. He was panicked, anyone could see that in his eyes.

Arielle ran, ran until she couldn't run anymore. She passed out, her breathing rapidly. She found herself in a beautiful garden in a dream land, and Cameron stood in it.

just then i saw sirens of an ambulence

Arielle smiled at Cameron as he waved at her in the dreamland. She skipped over to him, and slow songs started to play. They started dancing, and dancing, and dancing... Until a voice came out of no where. "Can you hear me? Do you need help?" Arielle opened her eyes, and found a little girl about 10 years old leaning over her.

The paramedics arrived soon after, loading Cameron's shaking body onto a gurney. While two of them loaded the stretcher into the back of the vehicle, one of them confronted Monti.
"Are you going to the hospital with him?" the burly man asked her.
