I blushed. "Because it makes me feel safer. And it let's me know you're still there."

I smiled. "I don't either." I kept on walking.

I kept walking with her.

I was scared and worried. I had no idea what had just happened and it scared me to bits.

I was more worried about her then I was of what happened.

I looked over at Mark. He was good looking and he seemed really nice.

I saw her looking at me then smiled

I smiled back. "There's this treehouse in the woods near my house that I found a couple years ago. We could stay there, if you want?"

"sure as long as you feel safe there"

"Yeah. I used to go there all the time when I was sad. I practically lived there after Hana died." I saddened as I mentioned my twin.

"Who?"

"Uh, my twin sister, Hana. She died a few months ago."

"Oh I'm sorry"

"Yeah, I'm better than I was back then. At least I'm not as sad as I used to be."
