"I-I love you.." I slowly close my eyes, I needed to rest but I didn't know if I would wake up

Seth held her close and kissed her cheek. "I love you too."

I felt him kiss my cheeck and I think I heard him say he loves me

Seth slowly went back to the shelter and sat down, still holding her.

All I saw was darkness, I didn't know whether I was asleep or dead, I think I was still breathing

Seth gently rocked her. If she was gonna die, he was gonna be with her til the end.

I moved my hand around trying to find his hand

Seth gently took her hand. "I'm right here."

I could still hear him, I had a feeling that this may not be the end, I might survive

Seth held her tightly, hoping she wasn't in any pain.

I wanted to tell him that I was alright but I felt like I couldn't open my mouth to speak

Seth could feel her moving. "Shhhhh, it's gonna be fine..."
