One of the guards frowned, handing the king's daughter a weapon. Was it a good idea? No. Was it safe to bring her along? No. Was it smart to bring her? No. Stupid kid, wanting to come find her sister with a bunch of guards.

Angel took the weapon. she knew the guards didn't want to drag her along but she had to go and find Piper. She was all she had left.

They drove along in silence for an hour or so.

I fell asleep again after awhile.

He stopped at a gas station, going into the little store and buying a sandwich. He didn't wake her up.

I turned and muttered something, waking a bit before falling asleep again.

He ate the sandwich while driving.

I had a dream. About my mother, I saw her die, be killed by one of us. I was angry, and attacked the vampire. He jumped back on me, extra strong, and I died. I woke with a start.

He looked over at her. "What's wrong? Bad dream?" He asked, a bit worried.

"Ye-yeah." I said still a bit shaky.

"What was it about? If you don't mind telling me."

I looked at him. "My mother...I-I saw her die and..." I trailed off.

"Aww... I'm sorry..." Fortunately, there was a rest stop. He pulled over and parked.

"Never mind." I said shaking my head.

"You sure?"
