    Dude thats suckish. At a particular low point in my life I purposely hurt myself by not eating. From my experience I wanna tell u, it will make ur current feelings worse. Please try to refrain from doing it bro

    Idk how it is for guys but when i have sh urges I often practice intensive self care instead. Taking a shower, cleaning up my nails, moisturizing, ect. Idk if it'd help u but just thought I'd throw it out there. I was a couple months clean a while ago but I'm back at twoish weeks now i think

    Ive only cut maybe 1-2 times my whole life, during particularly bad moments, and that was when I was in middle/highschool. These days the urges get stronger but my decisions to act on them are weaker. I dunno. Also personally when I get urges the only thing I do to really distract me with success is music. Blasting BLASTING music. Or a nap.

    Hmm thats fine. naps in general arent for everyone. I got fatigue it’s probably main cause for my naps.

    I kinda suggest u try music, when you get urges. I would choose maybe your fav song. Or some happy music.
