A tiny little turtle! The owner was apparently washing his dog and didn't hear us knocking, so while it was trying to climb onto the street, we got the guy's attention and he brought it back inside to safety.

Apparently, he rescues turtles and gives them to loving families. That turtle got out when he was letting them out for play time, so it's been sitting there for not too long.

Uhhh, I'm not sure. When my friend picked it up to hand him to the owner, it just hid in its shell like "wtf" -
Throw it in the water see if it swims. If not it's a tortoise.

Ahh, okay. They do tenx to do that alot, turtles. Probably just a normal turtle more than likely though.
