I cannot throw it in water because
A) His owner picked him up after we babysat it
B) There was no water to put it in

Yeah, probably. The owner would know, but I don't for sure.

Fill up a bathtub. Steal it.

If you havea terrarium, you could place that turtle in there.

I'm not going to steal that guy's turtle!!
I gave him back to his owner, but if I had taken him home, I do have a thing it could sit in.
I'm more of a kitty owner so I don't know what that guy has to do to watch the turtle, and I can't tell the difference between turtles and tortoises ect. -

So you have alot of cats? He had to watch then, feed them for one anyway. Need to eat, you know? Yeah. Easy to watch after a turtle a bit. I've had three before.
