"Though stubbornness can tend to be a vice when it comes to human nature, such a trait in Boxers is a rare, but headstrong attribute that can be seen in both humans and the Boxer."
But it could also be seen as a run on -
What is this boxer?

would it be better if I were to say;
... rare, yet grate, sort of stubbornness shown in both human nature, and Boxer's nature. -
