Yellowstone erupts about every 700,000 years and it's been 720,000 years since it last erupted. And when (not if, when) it erupts there's going to be a 90% mortality rate in the west of the United States, and a 10% mortality rate in the east. Europe will have a 5% mortality rate, and pretty much every country in the Northern Hemisphere is going to be affected. Like, do you guys understand how huge this is going to be? It's not just going to be a United States problem, it's going to be a global problem. Mt Vesuvius (the volcanoe that covered Pompeii) will look like child's play. Not only that, but it will be continuously erupting for about six months.

Also, there is an asteroid that will pass between Earth and the Moon in 2024 that could change the magnetic field, so North would be South and South would be North, and if it switches it like we switch on a light, everything electric would short out because we have it wired with the positive and negative, and what was positive would then become negative and vice versa. Guys, our world would be screwed. We wouldn't be able to use cars, or our refrigerators, or banks, or pretty much anything.

As for the Yellowstone thing, we can all go to Argentina because it's in the Southern Hemisphere, or Australia, but we can't go by plane because the eruption will mess up with the plane's technology and send it into the ground. -

But what if these two things happen at the same time? No one could go anywhere unless if it was by bike.
New York will be affected just like the rest of the Northern Hemisphere. Volcanic ash will be raining down for six months, turning the water acidic.
