By constellation if you mean "zodiacs", you can't do that. Sorry.

Anyone is allowed to do whatever they please. It's not like you're the first person to come up with zodiacs.
As for themes- personifying anything like seasons, foods, ect. can always be cute. Or animals. -
I didn't, I'm using zodiacs and horoscopes for a plot.
